As part of the Club's celebrations for the centenery year our international committee took it on themselves to undertake two extra projects and the first was to trace our roots back to the Rotary Club of Chicago, where the Rotary movement started. As a result of this our family tree has now been added to our Club History page. The second decision was that, during the year before the centennial celebrations on the 23rd
February 2005, we would travel the world and visit one Rotary Club for each month toasting our fellow Rotarians' health while at the same time furthering our knowledge of other Clubs, world geography and promoting goodwill and fellowship as we travel from Club to Club. However, since this would take unlimited time and resources, we are going to travel via the internet to achieve our aim. Please join us and follow our itinerary on the map and if you wish to drop in on the
Clubs we have visited click on the red links on the right hand side of the table below to go to their web sites. |
